IT Infrastructure Services
IT Infrastructure Services are provided through a contract with IBM. Dell and Xerox are subcontractors. GTA is working with our service providers to update the descriptions of all services.
Customers can find service information and place orders through the Service Catalog, which can be accessed on the Georgia Enterprise Technology Services (GETS) Web portal.
If you are a GTA customer but do not have access to the GETS Web portal or the Service Catalog, please contact your GTA Service Delivery Consultant.
If the service you want is no longer available, your SDC can assist you in obtaining a comparable service.
