Requirements Gate
During the Requirements Analysis Phase, the business (project in-scope) requirements that were documented during the Concept Phase are validated and further analyzed and decomposed into functional and non-functional requirements that define the automated system/application in more detail with regard to inputs, processes, outputs and interfaces. During the Requirements Analysis Phase, the initial strategy for testing and implementation should be considered.
The Requirements Analysis Phase Stage Gate Review considers two deliverables and whether they justify proceeding to the Design Phase:
