Derek J. Reynolds
Derek J. Reynolds has more than 20 years’ experience as a senior-level business and technology executive in both the public and private sectors. He has successfully led initiatives to align technology with business planning, budgeting and service delivery. Mr. Reynolds has been responsible for the operation of high-availability data centers for large companies in the banking and financial services industry. In addition to computer operations, he has managed voice and data networks and application development and support.
Mr. Reynolds has led organizations in evaluating and improving IT services and worked with technical professionals to introduce new technologies. As a senior vice president at ING Americas, Mr. Reynolds was responsible for IT services that supported numerous business operations. He also established centers for software development and systems support and played a major role in ensuring compliance with information security standards. He led the development and deployment of IT systems for large call centers as chief information officer at Precision Response Corporation and was responsible for voice and data systems at Equifax as a senior vice president. Mr. Reynolds was CIO and senior vice president at GC Services LP, where he implemented mainframe computers, high-performance minicomputers, a tiered client server network and inbound-outbound call handling.
