Dan T. Slagle

Dan T. Slagle was named to the GTA Board of Directors in 2009.   An employee of Cox Communications for the past 12 years, he is Vice-President, Cox Business.

Mr. Slagle earned a BBA in Marketing from Georgia College and State University.  A native of Nashville, Tennessee, he was recognized as an outstanding volunteer by the governor of Tennessee.  In 2002, he was also selected as a “Five under Forty” leader by Macon Magazine.  Mr. Slagle was a 2006 graduate of Leadership Georgia and completed the Cox Executive Development and General Manager Leadership programs.

He and his family live in Macon, where he is active in the community.  He chairs the Board of Trustees of The Children’s Hospital and serves on the Board of Trustees of The Medical Center of Central Georgia.  Mr. Slagle is an Executive Board member of the 21^st Century Partnership, past president of the Downtown Macon Rotary Club and a member of the Board of Trustees of the Mercer Executive Forum.
